Need help with Tempo? Here's how to get started and where to turn when you need assistance.
Join the Beta
Tempo is currently in beta. To join early testers and try the app:
- Install TestFlight from the App Store on your iPhone
- Open the beta invite link on your iPhone: Join Tempo Beta
- If TestFlight asks for a code, use: nNMT8ra7
- Tap Accept, then Install
Getting Started
Once you've installed Tempo:
- Daily Check-In: Log your energy, sleep, soreness, and stress in under 15 seconds. The app will suggest a workout based on how you feel.
- Apple Health: Connect Apple Health to sync cycle data from apps like Flo or Clue, or enter it manually.
- Insights: After about 2 weeks of check-ins, Tempo starts identifying your patterns (e.g., "You recover slower in luteal phase").
Common Questions
Does Tempo work with irregular cycles?
Yes. Tempo prioritizes how you feel daily over calendar predictions. If you have irregular cycles or don't track your period, the suggestions still work.
Why isn't my cycle data syncing?
Make sure you've granted Tempo access to the relevant health data types in Apple Health (Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Tempo). Cycle tracking apps like Flo and Clue write to Apple Health; Tempo reads from there.
The app crashed or something feels wrong
We're in beta and actively improving. Please send feedback via TestFlight (open the app in TestFlight → Send Beta Feedback) or email us directly. Your feedback helps us fix issues quickly.
